Gus and his team are A-1! I’d give them a 10/10 if I could! From the beginning, Gus responded to my inquiry within 30 mins of submitting, enclosed a hole in the ceiling with mold with temporary tarp, provided a detailed invoice and talked us through all details. The scope of work never exceeded the budget and his team worked long hours and weekends (which we loved!) to get the job done quickly for us. We trusted them so much we even let them come and go as they wanted. They were initially hired to gut and renovate the second bath. We were so happy with them we decided to have them do the same to the master bath right after. When we’re ready to redo the kitchen, they’ll be our only call. The final products are beautiful. I was in a serious situation with termite damage. The termites destroyed a large portion of my house. The Phoenix Restoration team showed up within 30 minutes of my initial call to assess the damages. They were also able to schedule me the same week to demo & rebuild the entire damaged section of my house. They stayed right on schedule & had the whole job completed in 3 days. I can not be more pleased with the overall job. Thanks again guys!
