The Pinestraw Company

Hired these clowns to do a simple Pinestraw install for a customer of mine pretty sure they shorted us on the bales then they barely covered the areas that were supposed to be covered with Pinestraw then to make matters worse they didn’t roll the edges or anything. So now I gotta pull my crew off other work and go fix there screw up to make my customer happy. Lesson learned we will do it ourselves from now on.

Whatever you do stay away from this company. First they barely respond to calls and texts. Second this lady Denise has zero ppl skills calling someone entitled because nobody responded to calls and texts. Third their bales are small and they screw you over by the count. Ordered 150 bales to cover my yard to its entire(last year I used 120 which covered my entire yard). Coming to find out they only did half of my yard with 30 more bales than last year. 4th if you decide on doing business with them I recommend having them line up each bale side by side prior installation and COUNT each one to assure you get what you paid for. I was at least short 40 bales. Bunch of thieves owner and the rest of this business should be ashamed of themselves.

I usually use someone else for my pine straws service but he was out of town so I hired someone I found in Facebook market place which turned out to be Scott Williamson from Pinestraw King. He stated he used 50 bales for half of my yard. My usual guy used 35 bales and always finishes the whole yard and still had 5 to 7 spare bales leftover. I was suspicious and checked my driveway camera to see how many bales they took off from his truck bed and it was between 21-23. I wont get my money back but wanted to let others know my personal experience with this company.

These people are dishonest. I will never buy from them again. I count the bails delivered to my house and they attempted to charge me for more than they brought. Do business with them at your own peril.

The Pinestraw King? More like the Scammer King. They'll take your money and block your phone number.
