The Plumbing Doctor

I can't even give this guy 1 star. He completely took advantage of us. That's not to say he is a good plumber, but he charged us a fee that would make your hair stand on end. This was for emergency service because the outside underground pipe burst. It was not at night or the weekend. It ended up being a 2 1/2 hour job (whereby they were gone for a good 45 minutes getting the part). I didn't know what the charge is for this and he told my sister-in-law before he started it could be up to $4,200 amount. Well $4,200 is the that he charged. When I had to tell my brother, who is a contractor in Maryland, he basically had a heart attack. He said he has never, ever had a contractor come for emergency service and charge that amount. Done work for me for 20+ years. Did everything from the plumbing of a complete bathroom Reno to lots of repairs in Sea Colony, South Bethany and North Bethany. Always very responsive and always repaired correctly.

We have used the plumbing doctor for several bigger jobs around our house-new outdoor bathroom because ours cracked over the winter, etc. they went above and beyond to not only fix everything, but also made it look great!!!

I had another plumber come back every year to fix my outdoor shower - I called Plumbing Doctor and they diagnosed the problem, fixed it, made some changes to system and it has been AOK for years now! Highly recommend.
