Went in to buy parts for a 1925 clawfoot tub. They asked me if I needed help I told him yes they kept working on their computers and I kept asking questions and they said no we don't have that I said what if I do this I said well yeah you could and they kept working it's like they didn't even want to help me. Sorry sorry service is all I can say

Very friendly to sell but they will not take returns. James at parts counter wouldn’t take back a faucet set that I purchased 5 days earlier, my error on picking out wrong kit. This was my go to place for me but I made one mistake and it cost me $103. By the way same kit elsewhere was less than $60 so purchase at your own risk because their customer service on returns is non existent. Thanks James you just lost a customer.

They have quality fixtures and bathrooms, I'm buying my second tub from them. Not the box store stuff.
