I recently had a new hot water heater installed and had a great experience. Jorge was pleasant, personable, and very efficient. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood the process, and completed the job with quality workmanship. What I appreciated is that he didn’t try to upsell or pressure us into buying extra products we didn’t need. He was professional, honest, and respectful. I would definitely recommend his services and will be using him again in the future.

I had a sudden bath tub leak on a Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment on the Plumbusters website easily for Monday. As they said on their website, they called me when they were on their way. Jorge was so nice and professional and efficient. AND, after assessing my situation, when he pulled out is laminated notebook to let me know the cost it would be for the repair, I knew I could trust him! Had a leak where the water pipe from the house meets the valve for the water connection to the outdoor kitchen. Space was extremely tight. I called Plumbusters at 8 on Monday and by 10:40 they were leaving with the repair done. Super short notice but they were there and fixed it perfectly for a very reasonable price.
