The Polite Plumber

If I could give a 0 star I would . Starting from being told lies just to get my service. Telling a desperate customer with two kids that there'd be no charge for technician to come out assess the problem to quickly turning into a $480 charge, to then telling me the money could not go towards fixing the problem (which cost $5800!!!) because the sales manager couldn't make that exception "this time". Then after having my fiancée call, they tell him (Jessica at the office) that it could go towards it. Shady, unprofessional company. Sounds to me they are desperate to make business and take advantage of people like myself who have little experience with this type of problems. Please don't let them steal your money. I got charge almost $500 bucks for a guy to tell me nothing and DID NOTHING. We

Replaced PRV and main upstream and downstream (gate) valves with ball valves. It was a clean, code-sound, modernized installation. The entire Polite Plumber team was friendly, responsive, timely and the quality of work was outstanding. Note: I advised American Water to disclose their "3 hour shut off window" is actually an appt window. We waited an hour for house main water shut off. Finally, pricing was excellent in light of the quality of work performed. A great team. I'm impressed.

The Polite Plumber experience was 5 star all around. From setting up the appointment to estimate to the quality of work was exceptional. Everyone was polite and kind, they seem happy to be working for you. The front office set me at ease from her first words through the work required and date and time setup and process. The numbers were very experienced, happy to describe the problem and required fix, they wrote up an estimate with good detail and their workmanship was exceptional. The office was super quick in setting up follow up work and staffing the work for immediate completion. Kind, courteous, hard working, high quality workmanship, very fair pricing, friendly and polite thru every phase. My go to plumbing company now.

Technician's were amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional, kind and understanding. They definitely earned their pay today. They cleaned when they were finished and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Polite Plumber 100%. Exceptional service!!!!

We had a broken shower valve cartridge, therefore we couldn’t turn our water on. Polite Plumber sent Kyle out right away, and he arrived promptly and had it fixed in no time. It was even more impressive that the issue was resolved on a Sunday evening. He was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. We’re so grateful for the fast service and would definitely recommend Polite Plumber (and Kyle!) to anyone in need of reliable plumbing help.
