Our rebuild kit for our pond air compressor fit perfectly. I was a bit hesitant to take it apart, but it was fairly easy as long as you mark where the lines go when you remove them! The pump is a lot quieter now! Shipping was quick and easy!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words...This is a picture of my pond after 8 years of using the Natural products available from The Pond Shop. I can't say enough about the speedy and great service from Nick...he will diagnose any issue I have with my pond just by looking at a picture and then will send out what I need to fix the problem the same day!

I sent The Pond Shop an email, and not only did I receive a prompt response, but the owner went above and beyond. Even though he didn't carry the part I needed, he provided detailed instructions on where to find the part and even included a photo of what I needed. A+ for customer service!!

I called with very little information on our lake aeration system. I talked with Drew and gave him the information that I had, in less than 5 minutes he had all the part numbers and information that I needed to do the repairs and maintenance on my end on the way to me. He then offered to walk me through the process of rebuilding our pumps when the parts arrived here, and any other issues or questions I had to not hesitate to call him anytime.

The best experience ever. I needed to order a rebuild gasket kit for my vertex pump. So I called them and talk to a nice lady( cant remember her name) and she was very knowledgeable and helpful! Had the part order in 5 minutes. She informed me that it may take a week to arrive. It arrived in just 3 days and it was the correct kit! I will definitely order from them again!!!
