We were looking to replace our stairs to a patio and found The Pool Source. Excellent choices, quality and service. We highly recommend them for your pool and patio needs. It has been a great experience working with the Pool Source, in building our in-ground 18 x 40 ft pool. Me and my family are extremely happy and satisfied with all the work that they performed with a very high standard every step of the building process. In addition, the staff that handled the project, particularly the project manager, Andrew, has dealt with us in the utmost professional manner and they are exceptionally knowledgeable and able to accommodate and provide excellent advice for the design, construction and operation stages of building the pool. Called to inquire about having our above ground pool fixed, after speaking with the service Manager last week he said “we don’t fix that issue” so I said “ok, let’s discuss a new pool then” he said I have to get back to you, we are busy doing pool closing. I called back today when no one called us and the guy I spoke to was rude and condescending, he had the audacity to tell me “We don’t install above ground pools, it’s not worth our while, we sell you the kit and that’s it. I’ll give you a referral for install.”. What a horrible way to do business and talk to customers wanting to give you business. Even if your business reviews indicates it better for your margins not to install but to only sell the kit, you still refrain from telling that to the customer. Stay far away from here.

The best pool store in Rhode Island. The customer service is above and beyond the New England norm. Great team of people they have there!
