The Pool Store

After not closing my pool properly and not having a good cover, when I opened it this season, it was a disaster. Tried 2 weeks of shocking, filtering, and cleaning and it didn't look much different. Finally went for some help at the Pool Store. They tested the water and asked for some pictures. Determined my pump and filter were too small for my pool. Had one at the store for purchase that they adapted connectors and hoses to fit my pool. I switched it out and put the products in that I was told to and in less than a week, the pool that I thought I was going to have to drain is crystal clear! May, the Pool Queen, is the best!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired this pool store to install a new liner, and absolutely nothing was done correctly. We started the process in early April, and ended up cancelling in late June, having to go with a completely new company and not having our pool opened until August. Every single step of the process was a disaster. From measurements to scheduling to pricing to installation, they got it wrong every time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional and disorganized they are. The staff is rude, dishonest, and completely incapable of giving a consistent answer. We were lied to many times throughout the process of trying to get a new pool liner. Ask five employees the same question, and you’ll get five different answers — all wrong. I have never given a review before however this company’s customer service was so horrible I had to. If you are looking for a company with terrible customer service the pool store is the place. They did not return emails or phone calls for months, no responsibility was taken for lack of communication on their end and you will be blamed for everything that went wrong. Not a single apology from the manager for how poorly her team has dealt with my issue even after I brought it to her attention. I did not receive any helpful suggestions on how to get things corrected until I called 6 times in 4 days to get someone on the phone to just give me an answer on how to move forward. Do not waste your time or money here.

I recently acquired a pool, with no knowledge of how to work, maintain, or manage a pool. The guys, Drew & Allen, at the pool store have been absolutely wonderful. I visit them weekly with my pool water. They test it and advise me on what to do to get everything where it needs to be. It’s been 3 weeks since I opened my pool with their advisement. Today my water was so close to perfect. Close enough that the current rain will only level the ph balance to where it is legitimately perfect! They have been so helpful with telling me every step of what I need to do and fully assuring me that I will be able to perfect taking care of this pool. I will continue to only visit my guys at the pool store!

They Really go the extra mile to help you with everything! Whether it be pool Chemicals ,Water testing, or just general pool supplies , such as vacuums , hoses etc! They will guide you with whichever your needs are! Very knowledgeable staff. Prices are pretty inexpensive compared to other local pool places. They truly care, and Love to help keep your pool clean and clear for the summer!
