2 weeks ago I had my first encounter over the phone with this company after my experience I will never purchase from them... The lady who spoke to me was very rude, I explained to her what I needed and it seemed like she didn't want to sell to me, I'm not sure if she was having a bad morning but that's not the way you treat a customer especially to a local business who plans on spending a good amount of money in parts.... I ended up going to plumbing supply company in Taunton and the staff was very friendly The prices were very cheap and I will be taking my business there instead.

5 stars for service, but they didn't have what I wanted. Nobody has what I needed in stock for pickup.
