Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced – Avoid This Place I worked in retail for over 12 years and my wife and I have never been treated as poorly as I was here. My wife purchased a Kohler kitchen faucet as a backup while I waited for parts from Kohler to repair our existing one. The parts arrived, I fixed the faucet, and we returned the unopened replacement. At the return, the front desk staff member Karen immediately accused us of taking a part from the box (“the clip” — actually a collet set). She made this assumption without even opening the box or comparing it to the same model in stock. The manager and sales staff backed her up without checking anything. Kathie has been sooo incredibly helpful and responsive. I would buy from here again because she went above and beyond with customer service.

Ordered over 1500’ of 3/4 pex and i was delivered 1200’. And they charged us for the full 1500’ when i called the wearhouse they went back n fourth with me over the 200’ that they miscounted and was never delivered. I went to return the whole order and they refused to refund the full cost due to them shorting the order on delivery, so they basically kept 228$ of product they never delivered. Spoke with the manager about the issue they could not prove they sold me 1300’ or 1500’ of tubing. If i could post a picture id you would see the mess they left on delivery.

My wife and I visited this place a couple months ago. We are rebuilding a new bathroom and needed everthing a new bath would need. The lady behind the counter was on a very obviously personal call with someone and would not even look at us. We stood by the desk and she turned away and faced the wall. We continued to walk around the store for another 20 or so minutes hoping she would finish her call; she kept her back to us the entire time. I will never go back.

Kathie was a huge help in explaining the difference between all our sink choices ! The store displays are fantastic and lets you understand what your product will look like in person!
