The generator continues to hum and work flawlessly, thanks to the PC care. The latest maintenance inspection was done by a very nice tech who worked through a miserable cold rain. I was impressed!

Best experience! Generator didn’t kick on Sunday during power outage. Answering service rep was very cordial and took all my info to pass on to the on-call representative. Within 15 minutes a knowledgeable gentleman, James, called me. I asked if there was something I could try rather than them having to come out and he knew his stuff! Breaker wasn’t thrown but told me exactly what to do and like a flip of a switch it was on. Wish all companies had service like this! Thank you James for great service

Everyone at the Power Connection with whom we have dealt is wonderful! Jennifer and Jarrod from Accounting have been terrific to work with despite static on our phone. Alex has been great describing things to us. Matt, who came today to turn our system on again after the diesel oil was replaced, and all the reps who came here through the years to repair and update it have been extremely nice and very thorough. Mary Beth has our special thanks for her lovely voice - she is the first voice you hear when calling the Power Connection and she represents the organization beautifully.
