SCAMMERS DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES I had one of there employees come the first time to take a look and get a quote . The second visit he was repairing my machine and when I went to use it , it was still not fixed so I called and obviously had him come back was trying to be understanding and then long story short I went to get a refund and they only my were able to credit me half of what I originally paid I just had no interest in working with them at this point all unprofessional they guy was at my house 4 times and had no progress and 2 weeks later didn’t even get my refund

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Never leave negative reviews but this is my worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair person or contractor service. They have consistently been out to try to make the repair and every time they’re out here it’s a different reason as to why my fridge is broken. I could never get any accountability or move my issue forward. I’ve paid for my services already, and my fridge still doesn’t work.

Do not use this appliance repair. First problem was that my part was lost in transit and they blamed the shipper. Instead of taking responsibility and providing me with a discount for my inconvenience. Also, the labor for my fix was much less than they thought but the cost did not change. I paid what they quoted and I feel I got ripped off. Never will use these guys again.
