We are very happy with the feature wall / fireplace that The Problem Solver team built for us. The craftsmanship of both the white oak and drywall portions is extraordinary! Absolute attention to even the smallest of details, and the care they extended to our home from demo to clean up was greatly appreciated.

I contacted Thom Simko at The Problem Solver to help with some general construction needs in a home that I was selling. Thom and his team were great to work with and did an excellent job in fixing some of the drywall in the living room, dining room and kitchen ceiling areas. The team secured the drywall that had separated on the ceiling to the trusses, remudded it, retaped, retextured and repainted the area. The team was very detailed in fixing the issue, the workmanship was excellent and the project turned out really great. I would recommend using The Problem Solver if you have any construction needs.

After the March rains, we had a roof leak that led to ceiling damage. Thomas and his team quickly came by and stablized the situation, coordinated with our insurance adjuster, and got both the roof patched and the ceiling repaired while salvaging the insulation. On top of that, they spotted small issues that could become bigger problems and took care of those as well. I also appreciated how they took steps to keep the area clean while and after they finished working. We’ll have them back for a ceiling repaint but also happy to have found a trustworthy partner for some future projects as well.

This is the second time Tom, Nathan, Trevor and Jared came to our rescue. Tom responded to our call immediately and within 2-3 days our ceiling was repaired and painted and what a beautiful job they did! They are each very professional and courteous and it was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

We had a walk-in bathroom remodel completed three years ago. The installation included a 4-inch-high ledge at the opening. We ended up needing a level entrance allow access for a wheelchair. I called Thomas and he was there the next day. He took pictures and had an estimate to us that evening. We excepted and his crew was there the day after. They came up with a great solution and explained the plan. They started work and completed it in a day and a half.
