The Purple Maids

I’ve been using Purple Maids every two weeks for about a year and my experience has been great throughout. Zoila does an AMAZING job - incredibly thorough, careful, and always friendly. Communication with the company is easy and I’ve not had issues on the rare times I’ve needed to shift cleaning dates. Highly recommend!

Edit : they said they would refund 50 percent back for the services not done (after all the back and forth) but they have not done it and say they will call me but do not. Finally the owner gave me a full refund. It was one long ride which I had never had before with a service company. They are very unprofessional, when they came they did not clean the floors, there was no basic vacuum done or mopping. Was super frustrating as we had things planned at home and left us scrambling. They said they would send cleaners again to rectify and messed up the whole scheduling the second time by sending cleaner at a time totally different from the message. The cleaner said she would return at the scheduled time and did not, which I only realized after I called the company. No communication from them

Purple Maids exceeded my expectations. Their team was punctual, professional, and thorough in every detail. My home has never looked better — I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking quality and reliability.

I cannot say enough about this family run company. The appointment process was easy, they listen to your needs and schedule when and what you want done. Brittany came right on time, was so nice and my house is sparkling! I am one pleased customer! Thanks again.

Just had my first deep cleaning service with Purple Maids, and I am thrilled! My place looks and smells so fresh and clean. Only regret is I wish I started with them sooner!
