I got a new furnace, AC and hot water tank install by the radiant store in the summer of 2016. As of January 2026, I had a complete furnace failure. After having a lengthy diagnoses. I now need a whole new furnace!? The new one installed by The Radiant Store in 2016 was installed improperly causing its initial struggles and its ultimate demise less than 10 years later. The Radiant Store, convinced me I needed this new efficient furnace. Mind you, there was nothing wrong with the old furnace. According, to Terry M, it was the "smart and efficient" way to go for a new AC install on an older furnace even with coil. We were in a desperate situation without hot water, and without heat, in the middle of winter. We struggled for weeks without hot water, while being hit with blizzards and surrounded by ice. We were using multiple space heaters that ran our power bill up to $1000/monthly!! Even with 5 heaters throughout our home, it would get SO cold. Especially on days like today, when it's only 10°F outside! We got in touch with this group, and it all happened so fast that I can hardly believe it's over! Mohammed came to reconnect my solar thermal system after I had my roof replaced. He acted with complete professionalism, patiently answered every question I had, then expertly integrated my solar thermal system with my new propane wall hung boiler that was installed days earlier, even rewiring what the heating installer did so everything ran seamlessly. Terry and his crew installed our heat pump and water heater in 2023; after furnace component repairs with a competitor that went sideways and took 10+ days to rectify, in the middle of the July heat, we called The Radiant Store back - he had a tech out and fixed our issue in a day. I will recommend them all day long.
