He’s reliable, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond my expectations. During my most recent cleaning, he noticed a couple of stains in two rooms I hadn’t even scheduled for cleaning. Without hesitation, he took care of them and completely removed the stains. That kind of attention to detail is rare. I also appreciate how responsive he is. On a few occasions when I needed a same-day carpet cleaning, he was able to accommodate me. His timeliness, work ethic, and commitment to great service really stand out. I had a great experience with Joe! He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and did an excellent job, my carpets look brand new. On top of that, he was very friendly and easy to work with, and the price was super reasonable. He was even able to get wax out of our carpet which was not expected! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable price.

Joe was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job on our carpets and area rug! With tan carpeting and two dogs, plus ash from a wood stove, our carpets had gotten pretty discolored even though I was shampooing with a home shampooer a few times a year. The price was reasonable and there were no surprises. We will schedule again in the future!

Joe did a great job cleaning our carpets! He took care of our master bedroom and basement. Pictured is our master bedroom after Joe was done. Zero stains left behind and the room smells great! Prior to Joe coming in, we had stains and odors from our dogs. We had another carpet cleaning service come out before Joe, and that company was unable to get rid of any stains. Then we called the real carpet cleaners and they fixed everything! We are VERY pleased with their service and will be using them again in the future.
