Brandon was very helpful! Even tho the system I have is very unorthodox, he was able to give me some options, get things working and give me some tips on upkeep.
I would 100% recommend Brandon. He knows what he is doing and he explains the problem. He was super quick with his replies and quickly came out to fix the heat so we wouldn't freeze.
Brandon did a great job as usual. We have a service contract, and he is always very thorough and helpful. He does a great job of explaining things in layman's terms. We are very happy with the Refrigerated Bear.
Wonderful experience! Kept us up to date on arrival time, explained process as he was troubleshooting our unit, and gave us a couple options at different price points for repair. Very thorough and careful with our unit. Highly recommend them for service! Will be repeat customers!
