The Renovation Warehouse

This company does not follow through, does not properly communicate with the customer, and purposely avoid calls & emails asking for updates. It has now been over a year since we had several windows and doors installed. Several things were wrong with the installation, and they had to send people out to fix it at least twice. To this day, we are still missing screens, some trim pieces, and one of the doors is in a frame completely different than the one we ordered. Even direct emails calls to our sales person Terry, who personally assured me he would take care of things, have gone ignored and unanswered for several months now. I would avoid using this company.

I looked for the 10 stars that the company deserves but Google only has 5. The people were wonderful, pleasant, and got me loaded quickly. The prices were within what they have been for years, in the marketplace, while HD and Lowes have gone crazy. Its important for companies to hold prices reasonable or the orders will stop, and we don't want that.

Impact windows and doors from Renovation Warehouse are of great quality while the prices and availability are better than Home Depot. The staff and always friendly, professional and very helpful. I love how many beautiful options they have and would definitely recommend them.

Literally the best place! Miko is so friendly and has so much patience with my constant need to ask questions. If they don't have it they will make it. it has been a pleasure dealing with them, they are affordable and efficient. super friendly. very happy!

Liars! It’s been five months and we have yet to have our windows installed. They have our money and won’t give it back.
