I called to see if someone could replace my kitchen faucet if I purchased one. This was on Saturday and I was told Toby could be here Monday morning. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and an absolute joy to work with. I had an issue at my industrial facility on Labor Day, contacted the owner, Toby, and Brandon was there within the hour, with a smile & got the job done! Toby, the owner, is just as wonderful. He is always willing to meet with me immediately to give me a quote for a repair and has actually performed many of the required services himself due to it being an emergency or needing a repair late in the afternoon or on a Friday.
