Outstanding service! My technician Garrett did an outstanding job. He sprayed every single nook and cranny. He was in and out in a very timely fashion and didn't miss a single thing. Really hope he continues to be scheduled for my house!

As a new customer, my experience with the technician was a disappointment. After bringing the issue to light with Joe, he was very supportive and aimed to please. I was so glad I didn’t give up and utilize another company. I have been very pleased with Brad and must say I’m now a happy customer. He’s very thorough, trustworthy and takes pride in his duties, trust me..it’s shows! What a difference it has made. I highly recommend Roach Coach and Brad! (Joe, you can’t remove Brad from my route - he’s like family) and that speaks volumes! I would suggest offering online bill pay as a convenient method for customers.

My experience with Roach Coach has been nothing short of excellent. They are very professional and trained well to get the job done. Joe and Bradley have gone above and beyond to provide very good service. As a customer for five years I would highly recommend them for all your pest control needs. They get the job done, so you have no worries.

Our service man is Bradley and he is wonderful! We had a issue with those big roaches, yuck I know. Well within 1 to 2 visits those little pests were gone just the occasional dead one. Bradley gave us some helpful hints on what we can do to help the problem if it were to happen again. Of course he told us they were always more than happy to help. Great local business and I support them 100 percent.

Were customers for multiple years. I didn't find it funny when I asked for a particular pest control service and the guy on the other end was condescending and borderline rude. Needless to say, we quickly cancelled our service with them and now are with a more effective pest control company. In either case, the actual technicians were always very nice. But on this case, I needed something and it was obviously far beyond the abilities or understanding of Roach Coach. Needless to say, we are no longer customers.
