The Rock Source

Service was great. But pricing is almost double compared to local competitors. The 1-1/2 river rock has too many small rocks. Definitely not worth the cost.

They are just scam. Ordered clean stone and it came with lots of dust that turned into dirt after rain. Now they claim it’s not their stone even when I show them video of them delivering.

Great prices with friendly service. Nice organized yard with the most varieties of rock and other products. The operator that loads the material is very maticulas making sure when he is loadimg up that hes careful. Customer service is very knowledgable and kind. Thank you Rock Source .. ill be back for more products. Have a geeat day

I called to ask for information. The Lady named Lori was super rude and had the worse customer service I have ever seen. I was trying to get information and prices on some of the products and it seemed I was bordering her for calling. I just got an answer from my review it pretty much confirms what I described. Definitely won't be shopping again. Thanks, for all you service over the years.

Over priced. Save yourself the hassle of poor customer service and overpriced things and go to Dixon Landscape, much more friendly and better prices. Case in point, small rocks are sold by the bag in Dixon, by the pound here. We ended up spending 4x what we would have in Dixon. Expensive lesson learned. In response to the reply. Thanks for the education. I’ll make sure to stick to friendlier and more customer based suppliers, not ones that decide to post passive aggressive responses.
