I have to say Roof Depot Charlotte, NC contracts with the worst insurance company I had to deal with. If you have to use this company, be aware that you might have to work with them. Obviously, that insurance company has 1 star or 0, which everyone put if that's possible to give on BBB. On 8:20am, Monday, 10/3/2022. I had a car accident on the 400, Georgia. Roof Depot's driver crashed into my car from behind. The driver was at fault. Police issued a citation to him. I filed claim in the afternoon around 4pm. I got claim number and adjuster xxx's number on Wednesday. I tried to call her multiple times and all went to voice mail. I called her again Thursday and Friday. Only until 12:30PM Friday, she finally called me back and asked me for my email and said she will email me information so th
