We had a wonderful experience with The Roof Shop! They were quick and efficient, and went over and beyond to give us a beautiful roof. We worked with John Gaspard and his customer service was exceptional! He stayed in contact with me through the whole process and was always available to me when I had a question or concern. (However, there weren't any concerns to be had since they were very on top of things). He has stayed in touch with me even after the work was done, checking in to make sure everything was to our complete satisfaction, and making sure to reassure us that he is just a phone call away should we need anything. I highly recommend working with John Gaspard and The Roof Shop!

Huge thanks to The Roof Shop! Esteban really came through for us,he said he’d fight for us and he did just that. He worked with the insurance company nonstop until they approved the full roof replacement and sent the check. On the day of the install, they showed up super early with a big crew (rain was in the forecast), and got the whole job done in just half a day! They cleaned everything up so well, our backyard looked just like before, maybe even better. They even cleaned the leaves off our plants and trees 😄 We’re beyond happy with the results. The new black roof looks amazing and feels super strong. Highly recommend these guys! 💯🙌

From start to finish they were excellent to work with. Esteban and his team fiercely worked my insurance adjuster to get the roof paid for. I was impressed with the level of detail and the professionalism they provided all the way to completion. They addressed some structural issues found when they removed the old roof and I didn't feel any "up selling" they just wanted to make sure that everything was as good or better than how they found it.
