My mother 87 has had 2 other rooves installed by other companies. When I say The Roof Company was on point. I called on Thursday and the roof was finished the next Tuesday. Christian King we over and above the expectations we had. What an awesome team he has to work with. When I say they are hard workers... well it doesn't do this team justice. I definitely 100% would recommend The Roof Store. This company is very proud of their work and we are eternally grateful for Christian and his amazing team. It looks amazing. They went down 1 layer of aluminum, and 2 layers of shingles. They last 2 companies said they took it down to the bare wood. They did not but Christian King and his crew did. The Roof Store was phenomenal! We had storm damage and had to file a claim with our homeowners insurance. I had never done that before and had no idea what that entailed, but Christian answered my questions and made the entire process super easy! He even came out and met with the insurance adjuster when he came out! Christian took the time to explain what the insurance company was paying and went over our options with us. Supplies were ordered and delivered and tear-off/instillation only took 2 days! The new roof is beautiful! Christian was there to answer questions even after the work was done to wrap things up with the insurance company. I would highly recommend The Roof Store for their outstanding customer service and beautiful work!!

The best experience! We had a large tree on our roof in the midst of an ice storm and The Roof Store was so responsive and professional. A special thanks to Justin who took care of us all along the way. When/if we have a roof issue down the road I won’t call anyone else.

Steve with The Roof Store did an exceptional job on a roof repair job. He and his people responded to an urgent request for help. The professionalism exhibited by Steve and his team was exceptional!! Highly recommend his company. They were on time and on budget!

Had hardie board siding and windows installed Windows were measured wrong twice took over four months to get in and repaired after they put them in , Steve would promise they would come so many different times and make some excuses why they couldn’t come out. in the meantime my wife had to have a life saving surgery, We wanted him to put front and rear porch railings in we were going to pay but Steve wanted to gift this to my wife, Good intentions but never delivered on his promise to us. Have called him so many times he keeps telling me he is going to do this but never does it has been over six months,Steve is a very personable man but not a man of honor ! So with that I will not refer this company to anyone !!!!!!
