Even to stay free for 4 hrs, you have to give them your phone number and associate it with your license plate. This requirement is not disclosed until after you have parked and walked to the elevator. In my case, I had already traveled to the 7th floor and wasted several minutes to get there. Why not just "pay" for the free parking with your data? Because this is valuable data that is easily associated with your home address. I'm sure the terms of service make it clear they can sell this data now or in the future. Imagine some road rager or stalker plugging your license plate into a website and getting your home address for $5. Your call as to whether it's worth it.

I ride a Vespa-style scooter. At entrance, the gate will open but as soon as I start driving, the gate lowers and hits me. The exit gate works fine. Seems to be an issue with the vehicle sensors at the entrance.
