We hired The Shirley Group to finish our basement in our home. I spoke to multiple contractors before choosing them. They made us feel heard and that was so important. Several years ago we had The Shirley Group do a kitchen addition/renovation. The job was completed; however, as you can see from the pictures a door and window were installed crooked and the living room ceiling shows streaks. Also, the plumbing contractor cut through a floor joist (despite the house having open truss joists) which required an engineer to come out and certify the repair was up to building code. During the pandemic we decided to have bonus room addition done which included installing a full bathroom. Because it is bonus room we do not use the bathroom very often and the shower less often.
