The Shops at Crystals Parking

Beware of Made-Up “Receipt Requirement” at This Valet. We parked at The Shops at Crystals around 6:00 PM. The valet attendant, who claimed to be the supervisor, greeted us politely at first, but it quickly became clear he was testing our intentions in a way that felt off. I mentioned we were heading to dinner at Aria before returning to shop at the mall. After taking my keys, he abruptly warned me that I should park elsewhere unless I could show proof of purchase from the mall. And he told me to keep the tips. The sudden shift in tone made it feel like he already had bad intentions or was looking for an opportunity to enforce a rule that didn’t seem legitimate. Decent parking but frustrating to find. The signs are mislabeled, making it confusing to navigate. If you’re heading to The Shops at Crystals, be prepared for about a 15-minute walk. Once you drive in, keep left—there are two signs: ‘Crystal Veer’ (which is valet only) and ‘Aria Self Parking’ (the main paid parking lot for shopping center and hotels).

We used the parking garage for this center. It has free valet, when you go shopping there. Look for the "veers valet/crystal shops" signage before you get to the entrance of the Aria hotel. It's on the left side of the driveway entrance. Take that entrance and follow it all the way to the drop off area for the shops, leave your keys with the valet, and they'll give you a ticket to pick your vehicle up when you're ready. If you miss "veers valet/crystal shops" entrance, you can circle back through and start over at the beginning of the driveway entrance area. Just look for the pass through opening - it will be on the left side of the road. It's a nice perk having this valet service when you go to shop or see an exhibit at this location.. 👌

Very clean and well maintained place. Parking is Valet only, which is provided as a free service, so it’s not that bad. The person running the valet was repeatedly reiterating that parking was for customers of the mall shops only, which was a bit annoying - made me feel like he was implying that we weren’t good enough to shop there. We had to park here for the Princess Diana exhibit which is inside the mall. The actual valet service was quick and friendly.

Just tried parking here on our first trip to Crystals. The valet took one look at our Buick rental car and told us this was not a place for us. Very high end shopping and hinted that we could not afford it/ did not belong. Had to park at nearby hotel and walk to the shops and immersive Disney experience.
