Justin is a great guy and provides excellent customer service. My Airbnb guest called at 8pm on a Saturday telling me the air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. He was there within 30 minutes and had it fixed within an hour!! Which saved me from having to refund my guest, my guest searching for last minute accommodations, and potentially me getting a bad review. He was also very friendly, personable, and good listener. Rare find in customer service these days. I decided to enroll in their maintenance plan which is a really great deal. I’ve used 3 different HVAC companies here in Big Spring since being an home owner and Southern way has them all beat!

Justin is awesome!!! Our AC was having issues at 10 pm and Justin was very quick at getting to my house and getting it fixed! He is very professional and truly awesome!

Fantastic service! AC went out late in the day. The team was able to come out get the fan motor, contactor and capacitor replaced and at a reasonable price. Definitely recommending them to local friends.
