The Spiral Deck

Scam. Sign out front says $10 parking. Fine. Paid the $10 to the individuals at the entrance (did not receive a ticket from them) and parked, thinking we've paid our dues and would not be shaken down for any more cash. Wrong. The only way to leave is through a gated exit. You either need a ticket to exit (which we did not receive upon entering) or hit "lost ticket" which then charges you an exorbitant $29 fee to exit. So in total $39 to park for roughly 3 hours at the da Vinci center. They must know this, but surely didn't offer any tips to avoid their parking exit trap... Will seek other parking options for any further PPL plaza visits....

Perfect location for DaVinci Science Center. Only problem was the elevator wouldn't take us to the ground floor. Had to get off at 1st and walk down. Come back elevator wouldn't take us to 5th floor so went to six and down stairs again. This could be a nightmare for the handicapped.

Very crowed when I tried to park there. Unfortunately I left at around 5:00pm, apparently when everyone else was leaving. It took me about 20 minutes to spiral out of there. Also the spots are narrow. I was hoping my car wouldn't get dinged by the cars next to me.

Event parking is horrible. The deck, despite having multiple entrance and exits, shut down to a bottle neck 1 in/out traffic flow. If I had known, I’d walked to the Arena.

Quick and easy parking, cleared out very quickly by the staff. Safe zone parking for the PPL Center.
