I bought my parking with spot hero, I put my license plate in the order. No problem at all. I got in hands free. People write here they got towed. Yes it’s possible if you park on 1. - 4. Floor you gonna get towed, it’s clearly written there on a big sign. If you are stupid you gonna get towed. What I don’t like is the homeless people and smell around but it’s downtown Houston..

Don’t park here. Every other garage in the area allows the first 10-15 min free but this garage will make you pay $15 to exit even if you didn’t park. I had to drop off a friend inside the garage because they forgot their ticket in their car, which, you’ll also need to keep with you to get back into the garage as a pedestrian. This garage is a ripoff.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Building management failed to put out a sign that said that parking was only available on certain floors. We paid in advance for parking, and were still unable to enter the garage, having to pay for parking a second time. Left our event only to find our car towed due to lack of/no signage. When we confronted building management about it, they gave us the wrong tow company name (though they had clearly called them), causing an additional 30 minutes of trying to locate the destination of the towed car. Cost us $300 to get it out, and put a damper on a really great day. Save yourself this burden and choose another garage when parking downtown!

Bought advertised online parking, as did many other people, for an Astros game. Got to the garage and it wouldn’t scan anyone’s QR code and stated “ticket invalid”. Traffic began to back up into the busy downtown street so everyone was forced to buy a new ticket. Then, we weren’t allowed to exit on purchased tickets. Basically, had to pay for parking twice. And there were no available attendants to help us out.

DONT PARK HERE: I reaerved parking through SpotHero. Got to the place, scanned the ticket and parked. When I returned to the parking to get my car, it had been towed. I was told it was because i didn’t have a ticket in my windshield, when there was no indication whatsoever in SpotHero, and I didn’t get a ticket when i got in. A complete scam.
