I was very pleased with the customer service here, from multiple employees upon drop-off and pick-up. I was going to a late afternoon show at the Masonic, and it's only a few blocks away. The day rate was $25, and reserveable on Parking Nexus. The evening rate went up to $35. Many other parking operations in the area refused to show their event rates, which I'm sure are a lot higher, so I appreciate that it was all up-front. I saved a lot of hassle just because of that. Will use these guys again.

I parked my car here overnight and it was super simple and inexpensive! $45 for piece of mind while visiting a friend in the city. Definitely would recommend if you are going to be close by because street parking in this area is a nightmare. This garage is the way to go!

I've used this garage multiple times and every time it's an easy, straight forward experience. They do keep your keys and park for you but 100% will use this place again

Don't leave your vehicle parked here. The proprietor is quite impolite. I moved to California recently, and I've been parking here since April. I have been making monthly payments without fail, but I recently received a notice that my price would be going up from $375 to $500. I asked the owner why there was an upcharge, and he explained that it was because I was using a credit or debit card. He nonetheless paid my $375 amidst my protests, and after hearing that I didn't pay months in advance, he told me he didn't want me to park my car there. He had never before informed me that I needed to make my payments months in advance, so this was strange.
