I arrived 350 pm on Wednesday. Google maps says they close at 5pm. The gate was open, and open sign was out there. They had already locked the office and had unchained dogs that came up to. The lady in the locked office yelled through the door that they closed at 400, and that the dogs are not friendly. She did nothing to help me as I stood there with 2 big dogs right next to me. It was frightening.

Let me start off by saying Karen is ABSOLUTELY the best! I’m currently out of town working on a project and my masonry guy needed ivory bluff grout but my son couldn’t pick it up and the masonry guy was too far to pick up before closing. Karen was patient, kind, and understanding to my dilemma. She allowed me to purchase over the phone and waited for Uber to pick up. She processed my order and texted even after closing hours. Thank you soooo much! Customer service 10/10!

I was very disappointed by the customer service when I needed to return seven bags of mortar which was error on their part. They had no problem excepting almost $600 from me on a home project purchase. It would've been nice if they were responsible with their mistake. I purchased these materials on a Saturday and attempted to return the seven bags of mortar for $55 refund two weeks later. The product was in perfect condition and stored correctly. They could have sold it no problem. Now I have seven bags of mortar sitting around. What a shame! It took a while to find decent service when we purchased the original materials and that should have been an indicator to keep on looking for a stone dealer. This is my favorite location for purchasing materials (block, gravel or stones). They have always provided first hand from their yard or located the materials I needed for my yard and retaining wall projects at a comfortable cost. The support they provide for choosing the best color is always a plus as well. I think I’ll try their creative masonry next... their fire pits look awesome.
