The Straw Farm

We were recommended by several people we know in the area to use The Straw Farm. We had a great experience from the quote through to installation. I highly recommend them for your install, you will not be disappointed. Our install is noticeably neater and visually pleasing compared to others in the neighborhood who used another company.

I received very poor customer service. This whole thing was handled very poorly. Instead of asking more questions to try to work it out, I was personally attacked when I asked for a resolution. This business claims to be Christian. It is very disappointing. I never refused to pay. I very simply asked if a man at the straw farm could call the crew and ask them if they would be at my house on time after I was told they may not be there because of the rain but they were working at other jobs. He acted like I was bothering him and said he would call them but he never did nor did he call me back to let me know anything. To make matters worse, the owner is badgering me. I've never refused to pay. I had to ask several times for an invoice. There is no way I'm giving them my credit card informatio

Great experience they’re very helpful and they’re beautiful Christmas tree trees. Me and my daughter went by ourselves and they were very open to answer any questions or help us.

Picking out my Christmas tree was actually fun this year at The Straw Farm. First tree I looked at was perfect and beautiful. The price was very reasonable and the gentlemen were extremely helpful. Literally I was there about 10 minutes.
