Jackson aka “The Stump Guy” has a real top notch business. His communication before our project was amazing. Jackson and Laz arrived exactly when he promised. Their work is extraordinary in every aspect. They paid attention to every detail when downing a huge birch tree. Safety was at the top of their list. They were respectful and very courteous. They also cleaned up a few tree by limbing them up. Jackson’s prices are extremely reasonable. We could not be happier with their hard work. They were meticulous in cleaning up the site after their hard work. Without a doubt, it was the best experience for us and I highly recommend them to everyone. We would highly recommend The Stump Guy LLC. He called me the same day I sent a quote request from his website. He then booked a time for the estimate and arrived early. Scheduled work for the following Wednesday and again showed up early! He placed a guard around the back of the stump so that the sawdust didn't go in the flower garden. Big Oak stump done in an hour. Very impressed with his service and professionalism.

I called the Stump guy and he came for an estimate within days. We talked about what I wanted and he gave me a very good price compared with other tree services I've had in the past. He came when he said he would, on time, did a great professional job and cleaned it all up before leaving. I would DEFINITELY use his services again. As a matter of fact, I talked with him about another job in the Spring. Very nice personality as well which went along with his professionalism. That brown spot was a 20+ foot pear tree.
