The stump man/tree service

Tim stated he would provide a service that he simply did not and I paid in full. I inquired over two weeks ago about cutting a tree in my grandmother’s yard. The job was half done, even after I paid. I have tried to contact him via text and call with no response. I have left multiple voicemails, again with no response. I do not recommend this company. This service was to be a gift for my elderly grandmother and she had to clean her own yard and is stuck with this half cut tree stump. This company is very unprofessional and a waste of time and resources.
