The Sunshine Cleaners

Terrible experience. I paid $200 for a deep clean and my apartment was NOT CLEAN AT ALL!!! See photos for reference, those were taken after! The vacuum iPhoto is from what I vacuumed after they left. In addition, no one from the company took accountability or apologized for the terrible job. They claimed they would refund me but it never came through. Now I’m having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do not recommend at ALL.

The Sunshine Cleaners provided outstanding service with their routine cleaning. They cleaned every room with care and didn’t rush through the job. It felt amazing coming home to such a clean house. They’re definitely my go-to cleaning service from now on.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE DEADLINES. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had a horrible experience with this company. I schedule a multi-person deep move out clean with this company and was promised 3 people (it was a large job). I made them aware it was important that the house was clean because I had obligations in the house the following day. I was charged, and then one person showed up, one hour late. The other people from the crew never showed up and then the one who did, abandoned the job. I then had to pay other services to delay them to allow more time to get the place clean. I offered them a chance to send out a crew to fix the situation and they just refused. They refunded me, then charged me again and I had to request a refund again. Absolutely great experience! I had Marisa S. come for a deep clean and she did an amazing job. The price was so much more competitive than other companies as well. Will definitely be booking Sunshine for any future cleanings.
