We had our house tented and upon returning we found our triple panes sliding door lock damaged and one of the outside sliding screen and track wedged and damaged. I contacted Erika, the company representative, sent her photos of the damage and she had a person by the name Victor call me back. He claimed they didn't do any damage and would not do any repairs.
