Very friendly, clean and well organized store. Mary is absolutely an amazing designer. She made this process go smoothly. She was on top of everything. I am so impressed, that after our kitchen gets done, I will be using them again to re-do our bathroom.

After deciding to remodel our bath, my wife and I visited our local hardware stores. We struggled to get some kind of assistance, and little to NO knowledgeable help we found and purchased some samples to take home. YUCK!!! We were disappointed with our selections and price we were going to pay. I looked up on maps and found "The Tile Shop" We met up with Mary, who was without question the absolute best and knowledgeable tile person I could have asked for. She was pleasant and offered many suggestions and assisted us in purchasing ALL the supplies necessary to complete our small project. Surprisingly, at a third of what the big stores were charging. If you are planning a tile or flooring project, small or large, go here and ask for Mary!!! They are the Best!!!

Very please with my service. Mary was wonderful in helping me pick out some tile for a master bath and change my mind on a fireplace project. Gave me great advice about waiting to do the tile work on the fireplace until the other work was done so that I could see a better picture of the outcome. She even went so far as to drive to Dallas to pick up part of the bathroom tile because the vendor was taking too long. I picked up my products for the master bath and one of the items didn’t get pulled so I called and one of their employees delivered it to my home after work and drove out of his way to do so. Highly recommend The tile shop.
