The Tile Shop

As a designer, I use The Tile Shop all the time and can’t say enough good things about this store. Jamie, the manager, and her incredibly helpful crew are absolute gems—always ready to lend a hand, answer questions, and go the extra mile to make sure every detail is right. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to collaborate make the design process smooth and enjoyable. My clients are always thrilled with the beautiful end results, and I know that’s thanks in large part to the support and service from this team. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Thomas! He was very patient, kind, & knowledgeable! He got me the samples we picked out right away! Very organized as well! He even carried everything out to my car! The manager was super sweet, smart, and nice! The team work was awesome! I was at 3 other places looking at tile before I stopped at The Tike Shop, and it will be the last! I ordered my tile online because I had picked it out a couple of years ago. Very easy and seamless transaction and I was able to return a box of tile that I didn’t need without question! They also have a great selection without the size of the store being overwhelming.

Sam was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She helped us narrow down the tile that I was looking for and offered a suggestion for the rounded recycled glass tile for our stand up shower floor. She was also there to help us pick grout and edging. They also do the loading! Great work ladies. Always enjoy coming here for tile.
