We are so incredibly grateful to have The UPS Store in our area! From shipping packages to handling returns and everything in between, they make the entire process seamless and stress-free. The staff is consistently professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and helped right away. They take the time to answer questions and ensure everything is handled properly — which gives such peace of mind. It’s such a gift to have a dependable, well-run business like this serving our community. We truly appreciate their hard work and the convenience they provide. Highly recommend!

Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted and treated with kindness and respect. Always very timely, professional and always asks if I’d like a receipt. It’s a great store with great folks!

Definitely not impressed with this store. Brought in some items to ship overseas to an Army base. Didn't realize they don't ship to a military APO. Neither did the people working there. The manager told us they couldn't ship it but we could buy boxes from them. They measured all of our items and sold us boxes. Two boxes of course Didn't fit our items when we got home but I used one of them for something else. Tried to exchange the other box which they wouldn't take back without my receipt even though it says The UPS Store on it. Then they sold me another box which costed $20....Crazy. Will Definitely use a different store next time around.
