Absolute worst parking lot ever. I reserved parking from 8:30pm to 2:30am via parkwiz. I arrived, no one at window to service you. I come back at 1:40 am to see my car locked in and gate down. No one answering the phone. Had to take an uber home. Never again with LAZ parking

2/1/23 parked there. I had to park here few hours for work and when I want to pay for the ticket at the booth I asked if I could get a receipt. This older gentleman at the booth told me I’ll get a receipt if I paid at the kiosk. After finish paying at the kiosk no receipt was given and when I went back to the gentleman he just told me nothing he could do. There wasn’t even an option to print a receipt when I paid. Horrible experience because I’d be okay if you just straight up and tell me there won’t be a receipt.

One of the parking attendants was super rude and weird. Power-tripping over nothing. Super sketchy vibe also. Everyone else was great. Except this guy.

Booted my car even though there was no sign anywhere near the spot indicating I couldn't park there

Save yourself, choose somewhere else—awful/rude attendants.
