The Veridian Garage (Atlantic Parking)

Unsecure parking! Park at your own risk. There have been a lot of break-ins even in the secured section for residents while we have been living in this building. Management does not care about adding security cameras to minimize the risk. They will gouge you for everything they can - constantly raising costs despite cars being broken into. I’ve been in Florida the past couple months and am in the process of relocating. We just called to cancel parking and they said they need 2 weeks notice and charged us an additional $77.50 to cancel the parking. 2 weeks notice to cancel parking?! I don’t think so and dispute this on both a moral level and will be doing so with my credit card company.

Consider this rating a ZERO stars rating. This is the worst parking structure of all time. There have been multiple car break ins which has also trickled down into intruders being in the apartment complex. The parking lot AND the apartment complex do nothing about it, there have yet to be any updates on making moves to provide security, video cameras, etc. Their answer was to increase our monthly fee with no formal notice and have claimed when you ask about it that it is to go towards making changes to make the lot more secure. We have received no updates on said progress, but are paying more monthly, and know for a fact that another break in happened last week, one which neither the building or the parking lot have mentioned to the tenants.

Expensive as hell. Also when they say you don't have "in/out" privileges this means that if you reserve a spot for an entire week then you CANNOT take your car out temporarily, unless you want to pay for a new reservation. That's IDIOTIC and warrants my star rating. 👎

It is reprehensible that monthly parking fees are this high for a garage with defunct equipment and a barely functioning payment system. There's not even security cameras in this garage.
