I’ve been in the real estate and home building business for 25+ years and I’ve never dealt with a more professional, efficient and caring contractor. Tom and his crew did fantastic work and fast and he was a true gentleman to work with. Couldn’t be happier!

A few months back I saw Tom Machin trucks and crews doing work on 2 neighbor's houses on the same day across the street from me. I also needed a roof so I made the call to Tom Machin and 2 other roofing companies. Tom Machin's quote was significantly lower and was able to get the work done in one day. This was not a small or simple roof, yet the crew showed up at 8 am and were cleaned up and gone by 3:30. Great job. I've included photos to show the work.

We decided after many years to go the vinyl siding route and brought in 5 contractors for quotes. Hands down Vinyl Siding Guys lead by Tom Machin was the favorite. Responsive, reasonable, adaptable to change, innovative what more can I say? These guys are great, some portico changes, column additions, stonework, siding and gutters. Oh and 3.25 days on site to finish. Very happy with the result.

Landscapers regraded property requiring additional front step and new railing. When railing removed there was significant damage to vinyl siding. Tom did an amazing job matching new siding to existing and lining up to the sides of the house. Looks better than the original done 13 years ago!

Removal of old siding and gutters, insulation and new siding and windows, was finished in 2 days. The results were better than I expected. All were meticulously installed and I'm getting many compliments from friends and family
