I love this carwash. But oh my goodness not everyone wants an app for everything. Took 15 mins to download an app (poor service in Parsons) I won't return. Price ain't bad but dad gum it why does a car wash need a stupid app. *** Response to owner: I have no problem paying for my carwash. Would happily pay $11 as i have for years. I understand when there are problems with equipment. But the cash option also wasn't working. Nothing i said in this review is untrue. just warning others if they are looking for a fast convenient carwash that they will need to spend the time to download an app, enter their credit card info. *FRAUD* Used my card at self wash on 12/23/24 - should've only been charged about $2 - I was charged $15. Have tried to call multiple times, they don't answer and mailbox is full. *FRAUD* Responding to owner comment - The timer ran out and water stopped. Perhaps clear your VM to receive communication so that you can be made aware of issues before a customer has to get your attention with bad reviews. Your machine should not have continued to charge me after the 3min timer ran out and high pressure ended - indicating my purchase for 3mins were complete. If you don't want to resolve this on your end, then I will file a dispute with my CC. Ridiculous that you want to try and blame customer for your shady equipment.
