The Waterfront Vancouver Parking Center (Propark)

Came for dinner for the Christmas Parade on 12/5 and had a nice dinner, but parking here; well, I am writing this review after sitting here for 30 minutes WITHOUT MOVING AT ALL!! The ticket said I have 10 minutes to exit so I do not know how this will work, but I have parked in garages in every major city in America and this is the worst!! No one is moving and we are all stuck. Even tried calling their number, but it's only a VM for monthly parking. Avoid this garage if you value your time and sanity.

Parking at The Waterfront Vancouver Parking Center is always a smooth and stress-free experience. I really appreciate how convenient the location is — it’s just steps away from the restaurants, shops, and riverfront, so I never have to worry about a long walk. If you are looking for a place to park and enjoy the new waterfront area in Vancouver this is the place. I can leave my car without worry knowing this area is guarded and protected from the streets, not that the streets are bad either, the area seems to be very clean well kept, not a lot of homeless people either. It is staffed 24/7 so there is someone always on top of suspicious activities. Also there is a delicious ice cream shop and few bars and restaurants that I would highly recommend to check out.

I wish I could give a zero the employee yelled " Why would anyone want to choose to wait in line? Idiots!" Just because there are two lanes and I just followed the one car in line. I'm not interested Jack rabbiting the payment so I can exit faster. There was no traffic. I'm in no hurry. This man has zero patience and yelled out loud amongst the giant garage. 7/5/25 Garage Warning: do not park on the corner because the turns are so tight. I witnessed several close calls.

Employees are rude, offer no help as well. I paid my ticket before going up the elevator parking. I had to get out and grab it from my trunk (which is fine) but then the ticket wouldn’t scan. The guy who was down at the end “helping” was extremely rude and offered no resolution other than to scan the ticket when I did it, the ticket took forever to scan and he finally helped.
