The White House Garage

It’s clean, it’s close, it’s convenient and it’s VERY EXPRESSIVE to park! It’s about $10.00 an hour. There are two entrances but only one exit. Please do make sure you pay at the kiosk at first floor before you return to your car.

Overly priced and god forbid you have to make a quick phone call before heading out after you paid that is 2 minutes over their 15 minute time limit; be prepared to pay an additional $10 even if it’s your first offense. The parking attendant, Konjit, is rude and zero sense of compassion or ability to rectify a situation — she will walk away while you are in mid-sentence. She is always on her phone in her little booth; I wouldn’t trust these people with your car. They won’t be getting my business anymore.

I have parked here countless times and it is by far my favorite parking garage in San Francisco. Who knew someone could have a favorite parking garage, but this is it. Super clean, safe, normal prices for the city, and early bird discount is nice. Great location and my go to parking garage whenever I’m in the financial district.

Security is useless. Multiple cars were broken into while we were there. Our window was busted out. We didn’t have any valuables in there. Security was just sitting in the office on their phone. Of course they couldn’t have cared less when we reported the break-in. In fact, the guard didn’t even acknowledge I spoke. They tried to charge me another $10 to get out because it took us a while to clean up the broken glass from inside the car. The guy let me out as it was pretty clear I was about to lose it. Not my proudest moment. It’s also quite expensive and what I was charged didn’t match what was posted on the sign. Lots of red flags here.

Terrible garage! I parked here for about 30 mins for an interview. I misplaced the ticket and they charge $48 for a lost ticket. They were not even able to check the cameras for my rear license plate when I came in. Would never park here again.
