I have been working with window depot for several years. I have completed several DIY installations on custom ordered windows from window depot and have never had an issue with any window I installed. David has always helped me out wit fantastic customer service. If I could give them a 10 I would. If you need windows I highly recommend Window Depot. I took my elderly parents to purchase a door for their home. My parents selected a door and I was advised by one of the managers that it would be ready for pickup within 2 weeks. When I called for an update, the manager was unable to tell me where in the process, the door was. I was told that they would follow up with me but they never initiated a call. I had to call repeatedly only to tell me that they didn’t know where the door was. Management handled this situation poorly and put stress on my parents unnecessarily. Regardless of the customer, the follow-up on their part was extremely poor. I had to cancel the purchase of the door because the customer service was extremely poor with the exception of one young woman, Ashley.
