Rylon and Brian were very efficient and professional with the installation of my patio door and kitchen window. Harry joined them later on in the day and was equally efficient and pleasant. When the installation was finished, the crew cleaned up beautifully. A job well done.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I love supporting local businesses, but feel I need to share my experience online and with my local HOAs. We had several of their storm window inserts installed to reduce noise. This created an issue with trapped moisture and mold on my original windows, so we have decided to get those replaced. The Window Man quickly provided a quote of about $84,000 for new fiberglass windows and reinstallation of their inserts. We chose a different for the windows as they only offer fiberglass windows. The Window Man said they could handle the removal and reinstallation of their inserts and had their installer stop by for a quote. After this, they stopped responding. The Window Man replaced 15 windows and one door in a 1900 brownstone-cum-apartment building. The windows had been replaced some time before we purchased the building in 2014, and they were pretty bad. The front, center window on eah floor was actually a sliding glass door and was almost impossible to open because it was so heavy. The Window Man's proposal was competitive, and they were much easier to work with than some other larger companies from who I also got proposals. We had to go through a historic disrtriuct for permits, and TWM did all that for us. Everyone from the sales rep to office folks to the installation crew was very friendly and helpful. The installation took about 10 hours, and those guys worked long and hard and in the heat! We're delighted with the new windows.

We're thrilled. We interviewed 3 other window suppliers before finding The Window Man. One never got back to us and the other two gave outlandish estimates missing details and didn't follow up when we asked for corrections. Scheduling was not entirely smooth but once scheduled the job went like clock work. By the end of a 10 hour day every opening had been replaced and secured which, given the near 100 degree heat, was a great blessing as we got to enjoy the AC while they finished the interior and exterior trim. Now that we are secure, the AC in the house is more effective with the new windows. And they did a great job of cleaning up. My husband hasn't stopped saying WOW!

I had a front door, storm door and exterior french doors replaced. The install went very well. The install techs were detail oriented to be sure the doors fit perfectly and operated smoothly. Clean up was completed and all materials collected.
