The Window Pros installed a replacement window after the seal had broken under warranty. Lori was very helpful and notified me as soon as they received the replacement. Since I was not able to get it installed right away they held it, and Lori was very responsive to multiple schedule changes. The installers communicated on their way, showed up right on time and quickly and professionally replaced our window. Excellent professional experience.

We had 7 hurricanes glass windows still under warranty by the manufacturer that had broken seals. The Window Pros did an excellent job in handling our warranty claim, securing the glass from the manufacturer, and replacing the glass in our windows. Bill and Tyler were very professional and friendly in making the repairs and Lori was excellent in managing the entire process. I will definitely use The Window Pros again.

The Window Pros recently repaired a bathroom window that would not stay up for us. They ordered the correct part and had the window repaired in no time. Not only do they do quality work at a fair price, they are also very nice people! We got talking with them about our impact windows that another company installed for us seven years ago. We felt that the windows had lost their seals. We had tried contacting the manufacturer a few years ago and got no satisfaction. Bill and Tyler (The Window Pros) thought the windows should still be under warranty and suggested we try contacting the manufacturer again. After washing windows, I found two of our double hung windows not closing properly. After several attempts of doing it ourselves, I called The Window Pros (North Port) and spoke to Lori in the office. She was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. She scheduled an appointment and sent Bill and Tyler the following week. They actually arrived much earlier than expected and without delay, found the problem and made the repairs. I can’t thank Bill and Tyler enough for their professional and friendly service. Bill‘s knowledge of windows was impressive. I will definitely call on them again for anything concerning windows. I highly recommend.
